TOMORROW'S
LEADERS
FUTURE
CHANGEMAKERS.
It is imperative to invest in contemporary youth to cultivate mission-driven leaders for the future. Our organization fully endorses the concept of fostering an environment in which young individuals can enhance their capacity to navigate the workforce successfully. In an increasingly digital world, our organization recognizes that providing a setting where young people can collaborate in a traditional work environment will accelerate our interns' ability to excel in their future careers. The contribution made by ONABEN's young interns is challenging to quantify. Our team continues to acquire knowledge from them as much as they do from us. The internship program is made possible through financial support provided by the Bank of America Foundation.
