Administrative Services Director

Selena Yokoyama is the Administrative Services Director and has worked with ONABEN for almost 20 years. She provides financial oversight and conducts accounting functions for the organization, including daily governance of expenditures, grants and contract funds management, developing, implementing and monitoring fiscal policy, and reconciliation of  accounts. Selena is also involved with program and special projects development including training facilitation, program coordination and implementation. Selena is a part of the project evaluation team and contributes to the development of reports and communications collaboratively with ONABEN staff. Selena has over 25 years of fiscal, grants, administrative, and nonprofit experience and 15 years of entrepreneurial experience as co-owner of a family-owned and operated business.
